Beware of spies on your computer

According to a November 2004 study by the National Cyber Security Alliance and America online (www.staysafeonline.info/pdf/safety_study_v04.pdf) in which they surveyed 329 homes, more than 80 percent had some form of spyware installed on their computer, with an average number of spyware components registering in at 93.
Often the people who frequent sites such as Myspace are not very cautious or are skeptical about the risks they are taking on these sites. If your anti-virus and anti-spyware are not kept up to date at least weekly, your computer is vulnerable.
