The Importance of Making Complaints
By Robert Peters, President of Morality in Media

Report child porn or an obscene website. (read the FAQ page first)

Report sexual abuse:
The CyberTipline is the only organization outside of law enforcement with the authority to accept tips or leads concerning child pornography,
child luring or any form of child sexual abuse.

Choose an Internet Service Provider (ISP) that screens pornography

Note: No ISP can guarantee a 100% porn free Internet. "TheParentsEdge" is simply providing you with links of known ISP's that  work very hard to protect you and your family from obscene material. There are many  providers available.  A simple google search will provide you with several options. Choosing this option to block obscene material is a good choice, the filtering would be done at the ISP and most obscene material would never make it into your home.

Here are just a few providers that screen for obscene material.

    * Agape Information Systems
    * American Family Online
    * BSafeOnline
    * Catholic Families.Net
    * Family Safe Web
    * Integrity Online

Learn the basics: *Note: Remember, it is illegal to download, transmit, publish, or be in possession of child pornography for any reason. So, do not get any wise ideas, and download illegal material to catch or prove someone is misbehaving, because you may be the one getting into trouble.
